Best Places for Afternoon Tea in Los Angeles (with pricing!)

I used to go to Afternoon Tea all the time in Hawai'i when I was growing up. Surprisingly, there are many fantastic places for High Tea on O'ahu (My all-time favorite being at the Moana Surfrider in Waikiki, our oldest hotel. You can't beat the beach views and breezy, open lanai atmosphere). I still regard Afternoon Tea as a fun thing to do that adds a little extra flair of excitement compared to your average dining experiences. Great for a special occasion - a birthday, ladies day out, a shower (bridal or baby), engagement party, or even a tea party for your little girl. As for here in LA...
